I working with athletes who want to play or preform more often in the "zone". What is the zone? The simple definition is
"In the zone" usually refers to a state of achieving peak performance, such as in the case of an athlete. -
If you have been in your sport for a time, you probably have been in that flow at some level. The greatest athletes are in this place more than the rest. There are factos that you traing for but eventually you have to let the training go when you are playing. Playing is so dynamic, training is less dynamic.Training you can create a system that you can follow but the game breaks down is so many different ways, the variables increase dramatically more than your current brain can imagine. But this is the place where we start from and then mixing work and no work to create the blend where you see things that the others are missing. How much is that worth to you?
