Hello, I am Mark Lindquist and my work touches lives. I deliver a message of transcended health, presence and love. I am an author, speaker, teacher, student, visionary, fitness trainer, game designer and the founder of Working-In Working-Out®.
This site has just begun yet it has been in development for over 9 years. In the coming months it will evolve into a teaching and training platform that will allow people to participate in deeper ways as well as connect with other people who are also going through it.
